Sometimes I like to draw a place and then imagine I'm walking around in the scenery. I sent this little scene from my imagination off in the mail to someone who had sent me some art they had done. It's only postcard sized. It was a fun thing to do - I'll have to do more of that.
I rarely draw. I am surprised I still know how when I take up a pencil. Sending post cards to people might help with that. B. J. Fogg (not Phineas Fogg) says tiny changes are most effective. He also says tie it to another habit. Do the newer habit after the older habit like going potty.
